Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Operations Manager to join our team at Miltenyi Biotec. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the HR operations team and overseeing the implementation of HR strategies across our German locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR operations team and oversee the implementation of HR strategies across our German locations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the HR Competence Centers for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development, and Grundsatzfragen to ensure seamless integration of HR services.
  • Work closely with the Finance department to ensure accurate HR reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local works councils and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams at our German locations to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance HR skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a proven track record of leading HR teams and implementing HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
