Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Operations Manager to join our team at Miltenyi Biotec. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the HR operations team and overseeing the day-to-day HR activities across our German locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and processes to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to HR team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software, including HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
