The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Account Manager (all genders) to enhance our team and spearhead customer strategies and growth initiatives for AMANA Germany. Your passion and dedication will play a crucial role in shaping our future success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries, including billing issues, pricing modifications, and cloud service transitions.
  • Proactively engage with current clients to facilitate their transition to our updated pricing structure.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accurate data collection from internal systems and cloud orders.
  • Assist the Account Executive in securing new contracts by monitoring outstanding proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate in a dynamic, international work environment, fostering strong relationships.
Qualifications
  • A degree in business administration or a related field is required.
  • Several years of relevant experience in sales or account management is preferred.
  • A strong affinity for software and technology is essential.
  • Exceptional service orientation and communication skills are a must.
  • Fluency in both German and English is necessary for effective communication with our global clients, with French being an added advantage.
