Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in account management in the health industry, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers sector.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with a basic understanding of German. They will be based in Germany, ideally near Berlin, and have a strong network of contacts in the industry.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing business development strategies to drive sales growth
- Maintaining and building relationships with key clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new business
