Job Opportunity

This position is based at our Wiesbaden-Delkenheim location, where you will work as an Abbott Ambassador for CRDx in Europe, EEMEAP.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive client loyalty and grow existing business while improving profitability.
  • Develop a Strategic Growth Plan at the territory level and leverage the plan on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in MyDASH.
  • Execute Account Plan tactics to grow existing business by closing menu gaps, adding assays, selling DHS solutions, and upgrading and renewing service contracts.
  • Work with clients to amplify their health system via CRDx globalized and established frameworks.
  • Conduct Client Business Reviews every 90 days to ensure our clients and Abbott are honoring their commitments and execute on identified client needs.
  • Act as Abbott's point of contact for clients to handle any issues or support requests.
  • Support renewal of existing business, with the Enterprise team, early in the process to block competition from entering the account.
  • Work with clients to ensure the entire Abbott solution is being utilized as expected.

Account Growth

  • Assess utilization and inefficiencies on instruments and work with clients to maximize testing capabilities.
  • Analyze test menu and ordering patterns to assess gaps and provide solutions.
  • Add solutions, including assays, software, and service offerings to help clients achieve strategic priorities or improve efficiencies.
  • Deliver insights for operational improvement that will directly impact clients.
  • Drive Alinity, Hematology, and Digital Health Solutions solutions at every account.
  • Manage post-sales client support activities, such as installing and configuring assays on the Alinity instrument, performing assay integration, calibration, precision, linearity, and method comparisons, and articulating performance of the assay.

Client Loyalty

  • Exhibit and articulate our value proposition and solutions.
  • Consult with clients to improve operations and KPIs.
  • Deliver insights to clients and the Enterprise team.
  • Develop relationships with all internal stakeholders, including Lab Directors, Managers, Department Supervisors, Procurement, IT Managers, and Medical Directors.
  • Maintain a high NPS score at each account.
  • Address NPS 'hot sheets'.
  • Leverage marketing collateral to demonstrate Core Diagnostics value.

Education and Background

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Bachelor's/Engineering degree in bio-medical/electrical/mechanical/medical technology/biology/pharmacy or commercial is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Diagnostic Industry with an emphasis on managing and expanding existing accounts, managing and improving customer relationships, and improving profitability of accounts.
  • Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references.
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
  • Strong solution selling and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in local language and English, additional languages are advantageous.
