As a student assistant in market research, you will gain comprehensive insights into the challenges faced by a food omnichannel provider. This role offers an exciting and varied opportunity within a dynamic team. You will be fully integrated into the daily operations of market research, providing you with valuable professional experience.
Your Contributions:
- You will be at the forefront: Assisting in the design of quantitative and qualitative survey instruments and participating in studies such as customer and employee surveys.
- Your curiosity for innovations in market research will be nurtured: You will contribute to the enhancement of our proprietary tools, such as the Customer Voice survey panel, the online community Your Idea Marketplace, and the self-service tool MyMafo. This includes supporting the execution of studies and the internal promotion of these tools within the PENNY Group, as well as external marketing to market research institutes, industry, and agencies.
- You will take on responsibilities: Managing smaller sub-projects and coordinating tasks.
- Providing sound advice is essential: You will act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding inquiries about surveys and our tools.
- Your expertise will be relied upon: You will independently create result graphics and reports in PowerPoint, deriving key insights from the data.
- You will lend a helping hand: Supporting the team through research activities and conceptual development.

- You are an enrolled student (for at least one more year) in the fields of business sciences, media and communication studies, business psychology, psychology, sociology, or related disciplines.
- You have gained initial experience in quantitative and qualitative research, ideally within a market research institute.
- Additionally, you possess fundamental knowledge of the MS Office suite, with strong Excel skills and the ability to present data in PowerPoint or reporting software like Tableau.
- Ideally, you have practical knowledge of common statistical programming languages such as R or other relevant software.
- A high degree of proactivity, independence, and personal responsibility rounds out your profile.
