Market Research Marketing Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Attend industry conferences related to media and monitor the research initiatives of local collaborators to compile materials that the sales team can utilize to promote our media offerings.
  • Ensure that the sales team possesses a thorough understanding of the created marketing materials and provide assistance during client meetings when necessary.
  • Act as the authority on research matters at RTL AdAlliance, covering topics such as audience analytics in Europe and the attention economy: stay updated by attending conferences, inform senior management, and represent the company at both internal and external events.
  • Oversee a working student based in Germany responsible for gathering data from our partners, primarily for proprietary research, and utilizing audience measurement tools specific to Germany and Austria.

Your Profile

  • Demonstrated passion for the media sector with prior experience in the field.
  • Able to thrive in a multicultural setting.
  • Skilled in articulating complex industry concepts and trends in a concise and understandable manner.
  • Capable of presenting information to senior management effectively.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Fluent in both English and German.

Your Team

You will be part of a marketing team consisting of eight members, with plans to expand by two additional members. Reporting to the Marketing Director based in Paris, the team is responsible for developing go-to-market presentations and providing data-driven insights to clients. While most team members are located in Paris, we embrace a truly European culture, and all meetings are conducted in English.
