About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Marketing Manager to join our team at RTL AdAlliance GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for gathering market insights and data to support our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and research.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure they have a deep understanding of our marketing materials and collateral.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in research topics such as audience measurement and attention economy.
  • Manage a working student who assists with data collection and analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the media industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
