Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support our Talent Management Strategy at E.ON. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering inclusion, transparency, and people development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in steering our Talent Management Strategy to promote a culture of inclusion and transparency.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of group-wide workshops on talent management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and refine KPIs for Strategic Talent Management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Support the development and implementation of our group-wide talent diagnostic framework, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a strong communication interface between E.ON companies in Germany and abroad, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel data analyses to support business needs.
- Conduct research on current market trends, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
About You:
We are looking for an enrolled student with a major in business administration, psychology, or a related field. You should have a high affinity for data analysis and KPI development, as well as excellent communication skills and team orientation. Your independent and structured approach to work will be essential in driving results. Previous work experience in similar areas, such as internships or working student jobs, is highly valued. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is a must. Fluency in Business English is also required.
