Market Research Marketing Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Attend industry conferences related to media and monitor research initiatives from local collaborators to compile materials that the sales team can utilize to promote our media offerings.
  • Ensure that the sales team possesses a thorough understanding of the marketing materials produced and provide assistance during client interactions when necessary.
  • Serve as the go-to expert at RTL AdAlliance on research-related subjects (e.g., audience analytics in Europe, attention economy): stay updated by attending conferences, inform senior management, and represent the company as a speaker at both internal and external events.
  • Oversee a working student based in Germany, responsible for gathering data from our partners, particularly for proprietary research, and utilizing audience measurement tools in Germany and Austria.

Your Profile

  • Demonstrated passion for the media sector with prior experience in a similar role.
  • Able to thrive in a multicultural setting.
  • Skilled in articulating complex industry concepts and trends in a concise and comprehensible manner.
  • Capable of presenting information to senior management effectively.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks.
  • Fluent in both English and German.

Your Team

You will be part of a marketing team consisting of eight members, with plans to expand by two additional members. Reporting to the Marketing Director based in Paris, the team is responsible for creating go-to-market presentations and delivering valuable data and insights to our clients. While most team members are located in Paris, we embrace a truly European approach, conducting all meetings in English.
