Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) to join our team at Techem. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply your knowledge of customer service principles in a practical setting and develop your personal expertise.
- Document customer communication and process handling.
- Respond to customer inquiries (telephone and written) and systematically resolve issues related to topics such as heat cost statements, installation, customer portal, technical issues, and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with regional and central teams to clarify customer inquiries and complaints.
- Adhere to established processes and service level agreements with customers.
- Monitor and track non-completed tasks.
- Identify process disruptions, evaluate, and report them.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training.
- Desirable: experience in customer-facing roles.
- Enjoy active customer contact.
- High service and customer orientation.
- Friendliness and good communication skills.
- Excellent German language skills and good expression.
- High reliability and willingness to work independently.
- Flexibility, team spirit, and organizational talent.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new systems.
