About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our B2B Sales Team at IU Internationale Hochschule. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential business partners through various channels and platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the B2C Sales Team to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Completed business or sales-related education or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and key performance indicators
