As we broaden our OEM Marketing initiatives, we are in search of a OEM Advertising Operations Manager (Remote) to facilitate our clients' expansion through the strategic oversight of our supply partners. This position is perfect for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, focused on customer satisfaction, meticulous attention to detail, and a creative mindset towards growth.
You will be instrumental in shaping our OEM division, with the opportunity to assume complete leadership of the department in the future.
Key Responsibilities- OEM Partnership Development: Establish and nurture vital relationships with our supply partners. Grasp the distinct characteristics of each OEM and their function within the mobile ecosystem to devise customized media strategies that amplify our clients' advertising efforts.
- Campaign Configuration & Enhancement: Oversee the comprehensive setup of campaigns via MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava) or third-party trackers, collaborating with supply partners to enhance performance and meet client objectives.
- Yield Optimization: Strategically distribute and refine budgets across various OEM placements. Collaborate closely with supply partners to identify and predict inventory availability across diverse markets and campaigns.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics. Generate detailed reports that offer actionable insights for ongoing optimization, shared weekly with clients and OEM partners.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Head of Growth and the Paid Acquisition team to align OEM campaign objectives with the broader business strategy. Engage in client discussions as necessary.
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile application marketing, advertising operations, or campaign management, with familiarity with OEM platforms (e.g., Xiaomi, Samsung, Appnext, Aura).
- Proficient in MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava) and experienced in setting up trackers, postbacks, events, etc., for OEM platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using Google Sheets or Excel, with experience in data visualization tools considered an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strategic problem-solving ability with the capacity to navigate and address challenges in the dynamic OEM marketing environment.
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote-first setting, managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal oversight.

This is a remote-first position with no office presence required.
