About the Role

Circula is a Berlin-based software-as-a-service fintech company that provides comprehensive expense platforms for employee payments. We are a team of 130 ambitious talents driven by a mission to simplify finance and payroll administration while ensuring compliance through smart automations.

Your Impact

As an SDR Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in expanding our sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and Develop: Manage and develop a team of Inbound and Outbound SDRs, supporting them through coaching, training, and 1:1 sessions.
  • Innovate and Optimize: Identify and test new outbound strategies, analyze their success, and establish new best practices and guidelines.
  • Lead by Example: Be an active leader with your calls serving as examples for your team. Stay at the forefront of new sales strategies.
  • Collaborate and Cultivate: Act as a sparring partner for our CRO, fostering a positive sales culture within the team.
Your Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Leadership Experience: A proven experience in building and/or leading teams.
  • Sales Expertise: At least 3 years of professional experience in outbound sales, ideally in the SaaS and B2B sectors.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in customer communication and coaching, with a strong ability to create reporting-based, individual recommendations for action.
  • Results-Driven: A strong focus on numbers, goals, and results. Excellent decision-making skills, coupled with empathy and motivation.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German (C2) and in English.
