About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Lumiform. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and qualification.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads.
  • Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and Lumiform's application to provide consultative sales solutions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Located in Berlin, with the ability to visit the office at least twice a week.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and objection handling skills.
  • Self-motivation and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
