- Initial Contact and Appointment Setting: Build initial relationships with potential customers and present our company and solutions. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads and work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transfer of information and appointments.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and share insights and feedback with the sales team and other relevant departments.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain and update our CRM database with relevant information about potential customers, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Your diligent data maintenance supports the efficiency and success of our sales processes by providing the sales team with reliable information.
- Experience & Tech Savviness: Initial experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector and/or SaaS environment. A basic understanding of the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Communication and Networking: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and relationships.
- Independence and Teamwork: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, with a team-oriented work ethic and a willingness to achieve success together.
