What we are looking for:

The Training Manager will be an integral part of the German Retail Team, reporting directly to the Retail Director. This role entails defining and executing the training strategy and action plans for various training initiatives, fostering a culture of learning that aligns with the values of the Maison.

This position is crucial in empowering local teams to enhance performance on the shop floor, elevate customer experiences, and effectively communicate the values and culture of the Maison.

The individual will be tasked with implementing and sustaining the training strategy tailored for the German and Austrian markets, as developed by Van Cleef & Arpels International and supported by the European region, with the aim of promoting excellence across our boutiques while consistently supporting business performance.

To achieve this, you will focus on crafting a localized training strategy and plan for our stores in Germany and Austria.

A significant aspect of your role will involve acting as a trainer, delivering high-impact training sessions, implementing a coaching framework for store teams, and encouraging a culture of continuous learning.

Additionally, you will serve as a business partner to local teams, monitoring performance and skills, while identifying training needs.
