Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Experten, der sich auf die Betreuung unserer Kunden im Bereich Cloud-Support spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gewährleistung der Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden spielen.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die technische Betreuung von Kundenanfragen und Gewährleistung, dass diese zur Zufriedenheit der Kunden gelöst werden.
  • Antworten auf Anrufe und E-Mails in einer positiven, empathischen und freundlichen Form.
  • Betreuung der Kunden gesamtheitlich und individuelle Beratung jedes Kunden.

Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach einem Fachinformatiker oder einer Fachinformatikerin mit fundierten Kenntnissen im IT-Umfeld. Erfahrung in der telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenbetreuung sowie vertriebliches Engagement sind erforderlich.

  • Kenntnisse in der Administration und Konfiguration von Linux- und Windowsservern sowie in der Administration von komplexen vernetzten IT-Systemen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Virtualisierung und Container-Lösungen.
  • Kenntnisse in DNS, S3, iptables, bash und APIs sowie gängigsten Serveranwendungen und Web-Standards.
  • Fähigkeit, ein ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit der Arbeit im Team zu verbinden und auch in stressigen Situationen das Ziel nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind sehr von Vorteil.
