Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at IONOS SE in Berlin. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our public cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of cloud technologies, including infrastructure, platform, and software as a service.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in cloud computing, including experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools, such as Nagios, Prometheus, or Splunk.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
