About the Role
- Provide exceptional customer support to our clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding our software.
- Conduct online demonstrations to explain software functionalities and features.
- Assist the team with back-office tasks, such as allocating tickets and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program, preferably in business administration, linguistics, or a related field.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with additional languages a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathy, customer service orientation, and a genuine interest in helping customers resolve their issues.
- Basic understanding of Windows/Mac or a willingness to learn.
What We Offer
- A competitive monthly salary of €1,390.00 for a 20h/week contract, €1,112.00 for a 16h/week contract, and €1,200.00 for an Intern position.
