About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the DACH region. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in assisting our sales teams in communicating the value of our HR platform to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical demonstrations of our software to showcase its capabilities and benefits.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Listen to customer feedback and relay it back to our product development team to inform future product enhancements.
  • Assist in training sales teams on the technical aspects of our platform.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a related field. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in a sales engineering or solutions consulting role, supporting SaaS-based sales.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for winning and a team player mentality.
