Position Overview:

As a Guest Services Coordinator at tristar GmbH, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming guests and engaging with them in a friendly manner
  • Overseeing the check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Managing and coordinating reservation inquiries
  • Handling cash transactions and maintaining accounts receivable
  • Executing all front office administrative duties autonomously
  • Contributing to a smooth operational workflow
  • Facilitating effective communication across all departments

Qualifications:

  • Completed education in hospitality management
  • Prior experience in similar roles
  • Proven commitment to teamwork, independence, and accountability
  • Familiarity with corporate hotel practices is preferred
  • Knowledge of Opera hotel management software is advantageous
