In the role of Key Account Associate, you will play a crucial part in understanding and fulfilling customer needs while fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strategic customer relationships.
  • Effectively promote and sell tailored solutions, products, and strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct professional consultations with clients on both national and international levels to address their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate in crafting product and sales strategies that align with customer requirements and market dynamics.
  • Prioritize and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, terms, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Identify new market opportunities, develop forecasts, and implement budget plans to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental efforts to support project advancement and ensure seamless execution tailored to customer needs.

We are looking for:

  • A completed degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with desirable proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Competence in MS Office applications.
  • A customer-centric and quality-oriented mindset.
  • An environmentally conscious and sustainable approach.
