The role of a Named Account Manager at Fortinet is a critical part of our sales strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and maintain relationships with our most valued customers.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Named Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to grow and maintain relationships with our most valued customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer contacts up to Executive C-level to gain insight into their business imperatives and IT drivers.
  • Selling Fortinet products and services through a consultative selling approach and maintaining good relationships with key individuals within the accounts.
  • Researching customers, identifying decision makers, educating prospects and qualifying buying interest and sense of urgency.
  • Creating and implementing strategic account plans through a consultative selling approach focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services.
  • Developing strategies and orchestrating company resources to maximize sales volume within assigned accounts.
  • Effectively engaging and building cooperative relationships with System Engineers, Channel Managers, and specialist sales team and executives as required.
  • Driving quarterly business reviews with customers to ensure value from Fortinet investment.
  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date with Fortinet product roadmaps enabling them to plan and mitigate risks to their business.
