Strategic Account Manager - North Germany

As a key member of the Fortinet sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic account plans, leveraging your extensive network and expertise in cybersecurity solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customer contacts, from executive-level decision-makers to technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for researching customers, identifying decision-makers, and educating prospects on the value proposition of Fortinet's cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts, including executive-level decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Research customers to identify decision-makers and educate prospects on the value proposition of Fortinet's cybersecurity solutions.
  • Sell Fortinet products and services through a consultative selling approach, focusing on attaining enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales volume within assigned accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of enterprise sales experience in the hi-tech industry, preferably in cybersecurity and networking.
  • Consistent track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability and growth.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality, strong attention to detail, and a hunger to win.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
