Strategic Account Executive

Our client is dedicated to enhancing partnerships with producers, fostering employee development, and ensuring excellence throughout the supply chain, including production, sourcing, logistics, ripening, distribution, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and develop key client relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance company performance.
- Provide direct reports to the executive management team.
- Steer national management and strategic initiatives for one or more key clients.
- Independently conduct annual client meetings.
- Meet sales and sell-through objectives through collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams and comprehensive customer support.
- Facilitate various internal and external collaborations for effective execution of annual agreements.
- Assist in product launches by enhancing listing visibility and expanding distribution channels.
- Conduct market analysis.
- Identify emerging trends.
- Perform risk evaluations.
- Possess several years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the fruit industry, particularly with LEH/Discount clients.
- Hold a degree or relevant educational background.
- Preferably, have a solid understanding of SAP (MM, APO) and be proficient in MS Office applications.
- Proven deal-making capabilities.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Strategic mindset.
- Effective networking skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong grasp of numerical data.
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and show flexibility.
- Interdisciplinary approach to work.
- Fluent in both German and English.
