Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales support by acting as a key point of contact between clients and the technical team.
  • Independently prepare quotations and offer expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Presales team to create comprehensive proposals and solutions.
  • Manage inventory and oversee shipping logistics effectively.
  • Handle customer invoicing with precision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and technology partners.
  • Oversee IT procurement processes and order management.
  • Manage the commercial elements of customer agreements.
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training in IT or a related field.
  • Proven ability to focus on quality, work independently, and demonstrate a strong service orientation.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Strong interest in IT products, both hardware and software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
