OBJECTIVE AND OVERVIEW:
The Clinical Solutions Consultant (CSC) is a pivotal role that merges clinical expertise with business development to enhance and grow partnerships with existing healthcare facilities. The primary focus is on Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) initiatives within designated accounts in their assigned region. The CSC will cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to comprehend their objectives and assist in achieving them with Fresenius Medical Care's offerings. Key interactions include critical care nursing staff, nursing leadership, nephrologists, critical care specialists, hemodialysis administrators, nursing trainers, and biomedical engineers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the main liaison for accounts, fostering enduring relationships as a reliable clinical advisor. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing all inquiries and concerns promptly. Assess client requirements and advocate for initiatives that fulfill those needs while promoting the use of consumable products (cartridges and dialysate solutions). Provide ongoing education to clients regarding hospital programs and Fresenius therapies (CRRT, PIRRT, IHD, SCUF, and TPE). Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure optimal program execution and effective delivery of solutions tailored to client needs. Utilize analytical tools to monitor and evaluate account purchases and usage patterns. Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and Clinical Consultant to identify new business opportunities within their territory. Effectively present to diverse audiences, including serving as a guest speaker at professional gatherings and educational events. Provide weekly updates to the respective Director of Sales regarding progress, initiatives, challenges, and suggestions. Share successful strategies internally to elevate the performance of the broader sales team. Regularly document activities and account details in the CRM system. Meet established KPIs and performance metrics.Additional responsibilities may include a focus on specific departments or locations. Refer to the applicable addendum for department or location-specific functions.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in critical care, with a strong preference for CRRT experience or a solid understanding of renal replacement therapy indications and treatment options. Experience in sales or account management is advantageous. Natural aptitude for building relationships across various levels and teams with reliability, integrity, and professionalism. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail is essential. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficient presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability for personal performance and knowledge. Ability to navigate a large geographical area and travel independently (up to 60% travel).
