Wen wir suchen:

Wir suchen einen Junior IT Consultant, der unsere Kunden im Rahmen unseres IT Analytics Service mit der Lösung "Nexthink" unterstützt:

  • Der Junior IT Consultant arbeitet täglich gemeinsam mit seinen Kollegen im Team - vor Ort oder remote.
  • Der Junior IT Consultant unterstützt seine Kollegen und unsere Kunden in den Bereichen Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management mit Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Der Junior IT Consultant führt selbstständig Analysen durch und begleitet unsere Kunden gemeinsam bis hin zur Lösungsbereitstellung.

Der Junior IT Consultant arbeitet primär von zuhause oder wahlweise einem unserer Büros in Waldbronn oder Bad Camberg. Unregelmäßige Reisetätigkeit in geringem Umfang zur Unterstützung unserer Kunden vor Ort sollte für den Junior IT Consultant kein Problem darstellen.

Was du mitbringst:
  • Der Junior IT Consultant hat eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder Daten- und Prozessanalyse oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss.
  • Der Junior IT Consultant setzt sich gerne mit komplexen Problemstellungen und deren Analyse auseinander.
  • Der Junior IT Consultant arbeitet gerne im Team, und hat eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Der Junior IT Consultant hat erste Kenntnisse unterschiedlicher IT-Infrastrukturen, Windows Applikationen, Windows Server, Active Directory, Netzwerk, Office 365 oder anderer zentraler Business IT Systeme und Lösungen.

Bonuspunkte gibt es für:

  • Erste Erfahrungen als "Problemlöser" im 2nd Level Support
  • Zertifikate sind kein Buch mit sieben Siegeln
  • Scripting mit Powershell macht dir Spaß
  • Erfahrung mit Lösungen wie Nexthink oder SPLUNK sind vorteilhaft
  • Der Junior IT Consultant kennt sich mit der Funktionsweise von Web-Anwendungen aus
  • Mit Windows oder Citrix Terminalserver-Technologie bist du vertraut
  • Reporting mit Power BI ist für den Junior IT Consultant kein Thema
  • Die Aufbereitung und Visualisierung von Daten fallen dem Junior IT Consultant leicht
