Deine Aufgaben:

In deiner Rolle als treibende Kraft im Vertrieb bist du entscheidend für den Aufbau und die Pflege nachhaltiger B2B-Beziehungen. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss von Verträgen. Dein Ziel ist es, strategischen und nachhaltigen Erfolg im Bereich digitaler Geschäftsprozesse zu erzielen. Mit deiner Vertriebsexpertise und deinem Engagement gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer digitalen Dienstleistungen.


• Strategische Beratung: Setze deine analytischen Fähigkeiten und dein umfassendes Marktverständnis ein, um individuelle Lösungen zu entwickeln, die echten Mehrwert bieten.

• Wissensvermittler: Teile dein Fachwissen in Schulungen und Konferenzen und inspiriere andere mit deiner Vision.

• Umsatz- und Beziehungsmanagement: Übernimm die Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufszyklus – von der Entwicklung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Vertriebspipeline über die effektive Qualifizierung von Leads bis hin zur Steuerung der Verkaufsprozesse auf allen Management-Ebenen.

• Vertragsmanagement und Cross-Selling: Führe Verhandlungen und schließe Verträge erfolgreich ab. Baue langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und nutze Cross-Selling-Potenziale.

• Innovationsführung: Bringe kreative Ideen ein und fördere aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Dienstleistungsportfolios, um die Marktposition von Bonpago zu stärken.

Das bringst du mit:


• Erfahrung: Idealerweise zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Bereich Digitalisierung oder Finanzdienstleistungen.

• Fachkenntnisse: Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement.

• Kommunikationsstärke: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Offene und sympathische Art im Umgang mit Kunden und Interessenten.

• IT-Affinität und Präsentationsstärke: Du bist technisch versiert und ein überzeugender Redner.
