We are in search of dedicated professionals who are eager to enhance our clients' experiences through their knowledge of digital HR solutions. If you aspire to contribute significantly to leading organizations utilizing innovative technologies, aconso AG is the ideal environment for you. As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing enduring and fruitful business partnerships through personalized or digital consulting, specifically targeting document management within the HR sector
- Creating a robust sales pipeline leveraging warm leads generated by the Marketing department
- Performing needs assessments and developing optimal solutions for potential clients
- Assisting the Sales teams in a variety of sales and marketing initiatives
Your credentials:
- A completed degree in Economics, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated success in both national and international B2B software sales
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hubspot and Salesforce
- A proactive and practical mindset
- A methodical approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving goals
- Basic understanding of Cloud Services, Platforms (AWS), and interfaces (REST-API, SFTP)
- Proficiency in both German and English
