We are in search of a proficient Solution Consultant with advanced German language capabilities to enhance our Solution Consulting team.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Solution Consultant at Prewave GmbH, your role will involve:
- Working closely with our sales team to devise effective strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Engaging throughout the sales process to secure strategic accounts.
- Acting as the value selling authority, conveying Prewave's vision to clients.
- Conducting workshops for clients that encompass value narratives, return on investment scenarios, and calculations.
- Demonstrating our product for both standard and customized solutions to potential and existing clients, managing demo environments, and enhancing the data utilized.
- Assisting in the preparation of prospect bids and tenders, including requests for information, quotations, and proposals (RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs) in collaboration with sales and IT teams.
- Creating and maintaining the master document for all RFIs, covering application, technical, IT security, and commercial inquiries.
- Interacting with current clients to gather insights on their business and technical needs, identifying their requirements, and designing suitable solutions alongside our customer success team.
- Facilitating interdepartmental collaboration to refine and enhance our unique selling proposition.
- Keeping abreast of product advancements and releases, developing additional training materials for key clients, managing demo environments, and improving the data used.
- Traveling to attend client meetings and industry events as necessary.
Essential:
- Master's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting sales or value selling roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, or Python.
- Experience with APIs, SaaS, and Restful API software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to independent work.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent active listening skills; understanding client needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with native-level German and professional-level English proficiency.
- A valid work permit for Germany.
- Experience collaborating with supply chain, procurement, and IT departments.
- Ability to partner with clients and stakeholders to implement plans for a swift and successful go-live.
- A highly motivated and energetic team player with a proactive attitude; capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- A genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, and supply chain management.
