Information and Document Management Specialist

Job Title: Information and Document Management Specialist
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and supporting, evaluating and further developing systems used for distributing information/newsletters, managing contacts and distributors, and sharing documents.
- Driving the professional development and digitalization/modernization of information and document management.
- Professional responsibility for the use of suitable Artificial Intelligence systems and continuous analysis of optimization possibilities.
- Leading projects in the context of new developments and enhancements.
- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring external service providers in the context of service evaluation and management.
- Contact person for employees and external service providers as well as taking on the interface function to the Technical Service and specialist departments.
Requirements
- A completed specialized/university degree.
- Several years of relevant professional experience, association work is advantageous.
- Experience within the Savings Banks Financial Group is welcome, but not a requirement.
- Solid knowledge in analysis and optimization in the digitalization of work processes.
- Knowledge in the implementation and use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Very good analytical skills in specialist questions and technical understanding.
- Pronounced ability to clearly convey even complex issues.
- Project- and customer-oriented way of working.
- Structured, creative, and solution-oriented approach.
