Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Lösung von komplexen Problemen
- Recherche und Analyse von Daten, um Lösungen zu finden
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Teams
- Entwicklung von Lösungen, die den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden entsprechen
Deine Stärken
- Erlebnis in der Kundenservice-Branche oder in einem verwandten Bereich
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu bleiben und Lösungen zu finden
- Kenntnisse von Kundenservice-Software und -Prozessen
