About the Client Services Team: Our Client Services department is a dynamic and responsive unit dedicated to managing client relationships and partner integrations efficiently. We prioritize swift resolution of inquiries and provide technical assistance through various communication channels, ensuring our clients maximize the value of our offerings.

Role Overview: As a Technical Account Manager for the EMEA region, you will be an integral part of our Berlin-based team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an outstanding customer experience, which is crucial for client retention and satisfaction with Adjust's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients within Adjust.
  • Guide clients on optimizing their use of Adjust's products and assist in resolving any technical challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and provide ongoing support to your client portfolio.
  • Facilitate informed decision-making for clients by validating and testing their setups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues using both internal and external tools.
  • Escalate complex technical challenges to engineering teams and propose optimization strategies.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and enthusiasm for addressing complex issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
  • Familiarity with AdTech, MarTech, MMPs, or similar SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated capacity to independently acquire and apply technical knowledge.
  • Experience with terminal operations and data manipulation tools.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Asana.
  • Understanding of mobile applications, SDKs, and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in app development and publishing.
  • Background in development, including scripting and tooling (Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.).
