Your Role

We are in search of a Marketing Operations Specialist who is eager to contribute to our evolving business. In this role, you will oversee and enhance our marketing operations, focusing on the effective use of HubSpot and the management of successful BDR campaigns. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, technical skills, and hands-on execution to drive impactful marketing initiatives and boost conversions. You will report directly to the Head of Design & Marketing Operations.

Work Arrangement

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from our offices three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HubSpot for efficient lead generation, tracking, analytics, and data integrity, ensuring accurate data capture and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams, including marketing and business development representatives, to align workflows and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Create, manage, and automate workflows, lists, segmentation, email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring within HubSpot to enhance efficiency and personalize communication.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze key performance metrics, campaign performance, lead progression, and revenue attribution.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop dashboards and generate reports on marketing performance, BDR activities, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Oversee API integration between HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Utilize HubSpot's automation features to enhance communication and improve lead engagement.
  • Implement and audit tracking mechanisms to ensure data accuracy across web analytics platforms.
  • Train and mentor team members on HubSpot and marketing automation best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, with certifications considered a plus.
  • Experience in tracking marketing and sales activities throughout the sales funnel.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting marketing and BDR-led campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
