ROLE OVERVIEW
The Global Marketing Operations division is seeking a Promotion Operations Specialist to implement promotional strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
This role offers the chance to collaborate with international marketing professionals to develop innovative, customer-centric programs that strengthen member engagement and boost acquisition efforts.
POSITION DETAILS
This is a fixed-term contract position.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are an innovative thinker capable of closely collaborating with business leaders to support their marketing objectives, transforming their concepts into practical execution plans.
With a strong technical aptitude and a keen eye for detail, you will excel in a dynamic, cooperative environment where enthusiasm, teamwork, and a focus on customer satisfaction are paramount.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the complete workflow for promotional production requests; manage marketer submissions, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Offer strategic advice on promotions to business stakeholders and act as an internal expert on the tools utilized for creating and launching offers.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams in Marketing Operations and Technology to confirm that promotions are accurately set up and that the accompanying customer experience (such as marketing landing pages and redemption processes) operates smoothly; ensure customer eligibility for promotions is correctly managed to avoid escalations and fraudulent activities.
- Coordinate with Customer Care, Marketing, and Technology teams to resolve promotion-related issues and ensure that support requests and customer concerns are handled promptly.
