ROLE OVERVIEW
The Global Marketing Operations division is seeking a Promotion Operations Specialist to implement promotional strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with international marketing professionals to develop innovative, customer-centric programs that strengthen member engagement and boost acquisition efforts.

As a Promotion Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the complete workflow for promotional production requests; managing marketer submissions, setting priorities, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Offering strategic advice on promotions to business partners and acting as an internal expert on the tools utilized for creating and deploying offers.
- Collaborating with Quality Assurance teams in Marketing Operations and Technology to verify that promotions are accurately set up and that the associated customer experience (including marketing landing pages and redemption processes) operates as intended; ensuring customer eligibility for promotions is effectively managed to prevent escalations and fraudulent activities.
- Coordinating with Customer Care, Marketing, and Technology teams to resolve promotion-related issues and ensure that support requests and customer concerns are addressed promptly.
