The Global Marketing Operations division is seeking a Promotions Operations Specialist to implement promotional strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and member retention initiatives.
This role offers the chance to collaborate with international marketing teams to develop innovative, customer-centric programs that strengthen member engagement and improve our acquisition tactics.
YOUR PROFILE
You are an innovative thinker capable of closely collaborating with business leaders to support their marketing objectives and transform their concepts into practical action plans.
With a strong technical aptitude and attention to detail, you will excel in a dynamic, cooperative environment where enthusiasm, teamwork, and a focus on customer satisfaction are paramount.
As a Promotions Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the complete workflow for promotional production requests; managing marketer submissions, establishing priorities, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Offering strategic advice on promotions to business stakeholders and acting as an internal expert on the tools utilized for creating and launching offers
- Collaborating with Quality Assurance teams in Marketing Operations and Technology to confirm that promotions are correctly set up and that the associated customer experience (including marketing landing pages and redemption processes) operates as expected; ensuring that customer eligibility for promotions is accurately managed to mitigate escalations and prevent fraud
- Working alongside Customer Care, Marketing, and Technology teams to resolve promotion-related issues and ensure that support requests and customer concerns are addressed promptly
