Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic student or graduate to join our team as a Founders Associate Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our founders and contribute to the growth and development of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our founders to execute strategic and business-critical projects that support our strong growth
- Analyze business processes to identify efficiency gains and implement improvement opportunities
- Support processes across all of Filu GmbH's business units, including finance, IT, strategy, and operations
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives
- Contribute to the development of our company's vision and strategy
- Student or graduate of a top-tier university with an interest in the multi-billion pet care/healthcare industry
- Enthusiasm, analytical problem-solving skills, and motivation to help shape an early-stage company from the start
- Initial experience in a challenging, dynamic work environment (consulting, investment banking, VC & PE, high-growth venture or consumer products industry) is a plus
- Solid German language skills are required at this stage of the company
- A collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth
