Position Overview
As a Co-Founders Associate, you will collaborate closely with the four co-founders and engage with various teams, taking on a diverse array of responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on monitoring and facilitating the success and growth of the organization, managing both internal and external communications, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Analyze customer requirements, assess industry trends, and develop comprehensive case studies.
  • Sales Support: Assist throughout all phases of the sales process.
  • Financial Management: Engage in financial planning, forecasting, and oversight, while coordinating monthly accounting and annual financial reports with external advisors.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee various operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations, establish effective processes, and support organizational growth.
  • People & Culture: Manage recruitment advertisements, screen candidates, assist in onboarding new employees, and organize team-building events.
  • Representation: Act as a representative of Angsa Robotics, aiding the founders in articulating our vision both internally and externally.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience, potentially gained during your studies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong multitasking abilities and a high level of self-organization.
  • A proactive approach: You identify tasks and take initiative to complete them.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or their Google equivalents.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
