Position: Zur Verstärkung des Teams im Bereich People Management suchen wir eine/n HR Business Partner/in (d/m/w).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende: Sie sind der erste Kontakt für alle Mitarbeitenden und übernehmen die umfassende Betreuung in personal- und abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen.
- HR-Prozesse und Systeme: Sie optimieren bestehende Prozesse und gestalten die operativen HR-Abläufe, um Effizienz und Effektivität sicherzustellen.
- Tägliche HR-Aktivitäten: Sie verantworten das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender, die Erstellung und Anpassung von Arbeitsverträgen sowie die Ausstellung von Bescheinigungen und Arbeitszeugnissen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen: Sie unterstützen die Fachabteilungen bei organisatorischen Veränderungen und deren Umsetzung auf Mitarbeiterebene.
- Training und Entwicklung: In Abstimmung mit Führungskräften identifizieren Sie Trainingsbedarfe und initiieren geeignete Maßnahmen.
- Kommunikation: Sie fördern den Austausch mit Mitarbeitenden durch die Begleitung und Auswertung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und entwickeln auf dieser Basis individuelle Entwicklungspläne.
- Prozessoptimierung: Sie überprüfen kontinuierlich die HR-Konzepte und -Prozesse auf ihre Effektivität und Effizienz und passen diese bei Bedarf an.
- HR-Reporting: Sie entwickeln relevante KPIs und erstellen regelmäßige Berichte für die Geschäftsführung, aus denen geeignete Maßnahmen abgeleitet werden.
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Personalwesen oder ein Studium in einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner/in oder Personalreferent/in.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
- Starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, mit einer direkten und zielgerichteten Kommunikation.
- Überzeugungsstärke, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Umsetzungsstärke.
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Zuverlässigkeit, unterstützt durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Hohe Empathie und gute Konfliktfähigkeit, ergänzt durch Resilienz.
