Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Aligning HR Practices with Business Objectives: Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement HR strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Performance Management: Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Talent Development: Identify and develop key talent, ensuring succession planning is in place.
- Talent Strategies: Support the implementation of talent strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Performance Appraisal: Guide the annual performance appraisal process and facilitate feedback discussions.
- Organizational Development: Work with leaders to identify organizational needs and implement changes in management strategies.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Assist and supervise in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs for business units and individuals, and evaluate training programs to ensure training objectives are met.
- Compliance and Reporting: Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations influencing human resources functions, and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting comply with these requirements and regulations.
