Service Incident Coordinator (m/w/d) - Flexible Locations

Bringen Sie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Incident Management mit und sind Sie ITIL-zertifiziert? Wir suchen einen Service Incident Coordinator, der für die effektive Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Vorfällen verantwortlich ist.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Koordination der technischen Teams zur schnellen Vorfallbehebung
  • Kommunikation von Vorfällen an die Geschäftsführung sowie an die IT-Abteilungen
  • Organisation und Moderation von Krisenteams
  • Dokumentation und Aktualisierung von kritischen Vorfallinformationen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Nachbesprechungen zu Vorfällen
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung gemäß ITIL
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Optimierung von Leistungskennzahlen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Koordination technischer Teams und im Incident Management
  • Kenntnisse in ITIL, IT-Service-Management-Tools, Analyse- und Diagnoseverfahren sowie in Informationssystemtechnologien und -architekturen
  • Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation und Dokumentation teilweise in Englisch
  • Bereitschaft zur Mobilität und Einsatz an verschiedenen Standorten
