IT Security Sales Manager

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at ADN – Advanced Digital Network Distribution GmbH. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining master data records of customers, partners, manufacturers, and training participants. Your tasks will include handling customer inquiries, supporting accounting with condition changes, processing Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), managing import/export documentation, coordinating deliveries, and acting as the primary contact for customs/import issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain master data records
- Handle customer inquiries

- Handle annual reporting obligations
- Provide solutions for internal interfaces
Required Qualifications:
- Completed training as an Administrative Professional or similar
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and social skills
- Comfortable in the IT field
