Urban Contracts and Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to become part of our team, taking on the following key responsibilities:

  • Management of contractual agreements
  • Procurement and sourcing activities
  • Oversight of urban development agreements
  • Support in the formulation of financial plans and annual fiscal reports

Your role will encompass a variety of tasks related to contract oversight. You will also engage in procurement activities, evaluating intricate procurement requirements in collaboration with the requesting department. This includes drafting necessary specifications and coordinating approval processes for samples. Additionally, you will prepare assessment reports, manage the ordering of goods from established agreements, and address any performance-related concerns.

You will be responsible for managing urban development agreements in accordance with the relevant building regulations, particularly focusing on the financial aspects related to public infrastructure projects.

Your involvement in the development of financial plans and annual fiscal reports is crucial for ensuring the economic viability of our services. This includes the preparation and administration of the business plan, culminating in the annual financial statement. You will play an active role in the creation of these financial documents.

Do you have the following qualifications?

  • Strong understanding of procurement regulations and the creation of performance specifications.
  • Previous experience in business that supports the preparation of evaluation reports and management of urban development agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Adept at quickly analyzing information, making informed decisions, and preparing proposals for action.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational abilities, along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with an SAP-based procurement system and proficiency in Office applications.
