Project Manager for Construction and Service Procurement

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified professional to oversee and manage various aspects of procurement and tendering related to construction and service contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive tender documentation and specifications for wastewater operations, including specific tasks and framework agreements for construction and maintenance services.
- Compile necessary documentation for the acquisition of equipment and machinery within the commercial sector.
- Collaborate with procurement departments to ensure all requirements and documentation are aligned and compliant with municipal regulations.
- Facilitate coordination processes and effectively communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize technical expertise to address non-technical challenges and serve as a bridge between engineering and administrative functions.
- Provide guidance on compliance with existing regulations and foster adherence among colleagues.
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration, emphasizing teamwork and professional interaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing tenders in accordance with VOB and VOL regulations.
- Ability to adapt to unexpected challenges with flexibility.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
- Familiarity with specialized software, preferably iTwo, and possession of a Class B driver's license is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
