Procurement Specialist in Urban Development

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization with the following key responsibilities:
- Management of contracts
- Procurement and purchasing activities
- Oversight of urban development agreements
- Support in the formulation of financial plans and annual reports
Your role will encompass various aspects of contract management. You will engage in procurement activities, evaluating intricate procurement requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Additionally, you will draft essential specifications and oversee the approval of samples. You will also compile evaluation reports, procure goods from framework agreements, and address any performance-related issues.
You will manage urban development agreements in accordance with relevant regulations, focusing on the financial implications for public infrastructure projects, particularly concerning the city's responsibilities for public drainage systems.
Your support in the development of financial plans and annual reports will be crucial in promoting the economic viability of our services. This involves the preparation and oversight of business plans, culminating in the respective annual financial statements. You will play an active role in this process.
Do you possess the following qualifications?
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations and performance specification development.
- Business acumen applicable to evaluation report preparation and urban development contract management.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Adept at quickly analyzing information and making informed, legally sound decisions.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities, along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP systems for procurement and urban development contracts, along with proficiency in Office applications.
