Project Manager for Construction and Service Procurement

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the tendering and procurement processes for construction and service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive tender documentation and specifications for wastewater operations, covering both individual tasks and framework agreements for construction and maintenance services.
  • Compile essential procurement documents for equipment and machinery in the commercial sector.
  • Collaborate with procurement departments to ensure all documentation aligns with municipal regulations and requirements.
  • Facilitate coordination processes and effectively communicate results to various stakeholders.
  • Utilize technical expertise to address non-technical challenges, serving as a bridge between engineering and administrative functions.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with existing regulations and foster adherence among team members.
  • Engage in cross-functional teamwork, which is a vital aspect of this position.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing tenders in accordance with VOB and VOL regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to unexpected challenges with flexibility.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes with partners.
  • Familiarity with modern technology and specialized software, ideally including iTwo, along with a valid Class B driver's license.
  • Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
