Project Manager for Construction Tendering and Procurement

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the tendering and procurement processes for construction and service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive tender documentation and specifications for wastewater operations, covering both individual projects and framework agreements.
  • Prepare essential procurement documents for equipment and machinery in the commercial sector.
  • Collaborate with procurement departments to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Facilitate coordination processes and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to address non-technical challenges and serve as a bridge between engineering and administrative functions.
  • Advise colleagues on compliance with existing regulations and promote adherence.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration, which is a vital aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing tenders in accordance with VOB and VOL regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to unexpected situations with flexibility.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes with partners.
  • Familiarity with specialized software such as iTwo is preferred, along with a valid Class B driver's license.
  • Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
